Josh Personius has been working in the technology sector for over 30 years. Throughout his career, Josh has worked for 4 start-ups and has been involved in building these companies from the ground up. The vision of helping the community with workforce housing by partnering with commercial real estate businesses helped birth Solidground Solutions. Josh has a passion for equipping others to help themselves and is excited to see what the future might bring with Solidground Solutions.  

Kevin Cuccinelli MD is a family practice physician who has been involved with real estate investing since 2001 as principal with experience in single-family homes, RV parks, and coin laundry, with a current focus on self-storage facilities. He has owned all or part of seven facilities since 2018. He’s passively invested in multi-family housing and other commercial enterprises. He’s been volunteering as a physician at a local nonprofit homeless clinic every month since 2001 in Colorado Springs.

Dustin Bench is a Financial Planner and the founder of investment advisory firm, Altus Wealth Group. Dustin is also very active in many non-profits around Colorado that help develop strong families and children. He currently serves as Chair of Teller County Community Partnership, a board member of Pikes Peak Kiwanis Club, and Treasurer of Boy Scouts of America Troop 1, Pathway to the Rockies Council.
